This class is quick and a bit intense but entertaining and flies by! This is a version of HIIT (high intensity interval training) this does not mean high impact, many modifications are available. This class focuses on delivering a high-energy, full-body workout designed to improve cardiovascular fitness, strength, and muscular endurance!
We will choose 3 exercises and perform all 3 back to back for 20 seconds each with 1 minute rest in between, 3 times. We will then repeat the circuit with new exercises.
