This low impact workout is perfect for all fitness levels, offering an excellent way to improve cardiocasvular health, build strength, and increase flexibility while being easy on the joints. Plus, working out in water adds an extra challenge and makes it both effective and enjoyable!
The beauty of water aerobics is that gravity has to take a back seat while the water allows us to move freely in ways that are more difficult on land. Keeping impact at a minimum we will add resistance to our workout as if using weights in the gym, making our muscles still have to work to gain strength; therefore, getting our heartrate up for a cardiovascular fitnesss workout as well!
