The J. Cleo Thompson Wellness Center provides members in and around Crockett County a full service, multi-functional wellness facility. This 10,500 square foot exercise center offers a wide variety of weight and exercise equipment to its members including treadmills, rowers, adaptive motion trainers, stationary bikes, “Smith Machine”, a cable resistant FTS Glide and various other weight machines, free weights, a heated therapy pool, 3 aerobics rooms, and an outdoor .1-mile walking trail.
My team and I are committed and pleased to guide and provide for our members in any way. We are trained and ready to demonstrate the proper use and handling of the equipment and use of the facility in general.
