RPM X-Train is a combo of cardio cycling and full body weight training. We will have a mat and choice of weights or kettlebells and or resistance bands alongside our bike. The routine will consist of alternating from the bike to the mat for a few tracks at a time to keep heartrate in a rollercoaster mode of highs and lows while giving the muscles loads of resistance for a few minutes, then switching to a cardio state making this workout a moderate impact, high intensity interval session!
RPM Cycle and burn! This class features a mix of fast-paced sprints, and hill climbs, and endurance intervals, all set to motivating music! The class is designed to challenge your cardiovascular system and help you burn calories while building lower body strength!
Stormi will guide you through every ride, offering encouragement and modifications to suit your fitness level. Whether you're new to cycling or a seasoned rider, you'll find a pace that works for you!
