I use to dislike running but with the help of the Nike Run Club app, I was able to go from not being able to run even a mile to running a 5k and even a 10k on a daily basis! This app provides guided runs; with a running coach in your ear encouraging you along the way, and even tracks all information about your runs! Pace, heartrate, and your route are all saved in the app. This app also connects to your fitness watch to accurately track your distance!
